In a stunning 6-3 decision Roe was overturned just minutes ago. “We have waited 49 years for this evil to be righted” stated Lynda Bell, President of Florida Right to Life.
This decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization upholds Mississippi’s Gestational Age Act and reverses the Supreme Courts wrongly decided 1973 Roe decision.
This means that states can now defend innocent life. “This decision is an unbelievable victory for our preborn babies and their Mommy’s” said Lynda Bell. States are now free to pass protective legislation and can unwaveringly state that Life is a human right above all rights!
Florida Right to Life is on the front lines in this battle and it is not time to be complacent. We must roll up our sleeves and ensure that unborn babies and their mothers receive the care they need and deserve!
